Originally built in the 80’s, this iconic Toronto building was the long-time home of Sun Life. For the first time in the history of the building, space previously occupied by Sun Life was becoming available. In an effort to help in the leasing of this space, Faren was invited to create the brand and positioning for 150 King W.
Inspired by a picture of the existing podium sign, captured at our first meeting with the client, we designed a crisp logo with a strong casted shadow. To enhance the logo design, we introduced a fresh colour palette reinforcing their new, contemporary image. With the design foundations in place, we created storyboards for the branding of the leasing showroom.
Finally, we provided the client with a brand book to guide the design of future print, web and signage work.
